About Milestone Counseling

The staff at Milestone Counseling have a wide and varied experience of working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals throughout multiple treatment environments such as residential treatment, day treatment, inpatient, in-home, and outpatient therapy. The least experienced of the therapists has eleven years of experience; the most experienced having over twenty years of experience.

Greta KramerGreta Kramer
MS, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Throughout Greta’s career she has worked with children, adolescents, couples, families, and individuals in a wide variety of settings that have provided her a well-rounded view of family and community systems. She is very invested in creating a therapeutic connection with her clients, to create a sense of safety and trust, as they begin to share their stories. She uses her intuitive nature to help guide clients through their personal journeys and create awareness about the core issues driving the patterns in their lives. Greta sees children ages 5 to adults. Areas of special interest include: emotional distress in children, ADHD, anxiety, trauma work, and neuroplasticity. She is trained in EMDR, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Greta also uses sandtray therapy, and play and art therapy. Greta enjoys putting creative energy into the therapeutic process, and brings a bit of wit and wisdom to the table.

Denise OehrleinDenise Oehrlein
MS, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Denise has a passion for working with children and families and has been doing so for over 10 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist. As the overwhelming need to address the mental health needs of children increased, Denise decided to pursue further training in this area. She is also a Registered Play Therapist and has training in extended diagnostic assessments to diagnose and treat children ages 3 and up. Denise has studied and been approved by the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and the Board of Behavioral Health as a clinical supervisor for those who are pursuing license in therapy. Denise is invested in hearing the stories of her clients and supporting them in any life changes that they would like to make.

Toni MurphyToni Murphy
MS, Licensed Psychologist

Toni has had many new adventures in her life story. Not only has she been a Licensed Psychologist for over 20 years, but she previously worked as a Registered Nurse and served in the military. This does not mean she has never felt fear on these adventures, but she takes action in spite of any fears she may have. Toni takes her clients seriously and strives to help them build their skills and to achieve their highest potential. Above all, she genuinely enjoys her clients and the work they do together. Toni’s areas of special interest include anxiety, working with Veterans or military personnel, grief and loss, and trauma work. Toni also utilizes EMDR and DBT in her practice, and she is trained in hypnosis. Toni sees adolescents ages 12 and up.

Rashmi O'HaraRashmi O'Hara
MS, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Rashmi O’Hara has explored the role of therapist in different capacities from child and adolescent residential treatment, to adult day treatment, and finally coming to rest in private practice. Rashmi is a driven individual who passionately strives to create a sense of empowerment in her clients. She guides clients to engage with, and utilize their own personal power to achieve their goals. She enjoys both the challenges and the rewards of this process. Rashmi works with children ages 8 to adults. Her areas of special interest include: anxiety, personality disorders, oppositional behaviors, and couples therapy. While Rashmi is not afraid to challenge her clients she can also help them see the humor in the world, and helps people to find that balance.
